Scholarships for Teen Moms

Giving Teen Moms a Chance to Finish Their Education.

For several years we have partnered with Wakisa Ministries in Uganda, which has led to us also partnering with Youth for Christ in Uganda. Both are centers for pregnant teenagers that not only care for the moms while they’re pregnant, but they also empower the moms for life after their babies are born.

This project helps provide scholarships to go back to school for these young moms. It is formal education (as opposed to Wakisa Skills Training which is vocational training) and ranges in cost depending on the grade level of the moms.
