Kenya Agriculture

Farms Feeding Schools.

A few years back we began an agriculture project in Kenya with our partner, Nasha Ministries. The project helps support needy schools to offset the costs of their lunch program by growing sustainable and nutritious produce. The Agriculture Project has three farms where one grows vegetables, corn, and beans, and the other two grow beans and corn. Some are supplied to needy schools, and some are sold to help replenish and plant for the next season. Funds for this project went towards some labor and rent that has not reached sustainability yet, as well as some general planting and farming expenses.

We are working to make this project completely self-sustainable so we are not currently taking donations. If you have a heart for feeding the hungry, check out our India Feeding Centers Project!
