Farms Feeding Schools.

A few years back we began an agriculture project in Kenya with our partner, Nasha Ministries. The project helps an elementary school in the area offset its lunch costs by growing sustainable food sources. There are three farms where we grow crops, some for the school and some to sell so we can replant the next season. Funds for this project go toward some labor and rent that has not reached sustainability yet, as well as some general planting and farming expenses.

$3,350 covers the salary for a farm manager and $7,500 covers a micro-loan needed for operating costs.
