Covid has changed our world. But our work has not stopped. Our partners have been amazingly creative and adapting. This project shifted for a time during the pandemic, but we are hopeful to get back on track with in-person training. We are still working on some set up costs as well.

Our East India Vocational Training Project will improve employability of college age students near Dumka Jharkhand in eastern India. Many students who come from poor economic backgrounds have theoretical knowledge with computers, but they lack practical knowledge. Offering computer courses for reduced rates will provide practical training and open up jobs in the future for these students. $11,900 will fund this project through 2021.
